Sebuah dokumenter pendek tentang pembuatan dan perkembangan tato di penjara,dengan reka cerita dari narasumber mantan warga binaan lembaga permasyarakatan di Bandung. Juga tentang bagaimana salah satu narasumber dapat bertahan hidup dari kejaran dan penangkapan masa “Operasi Petrus”, sebuah tragedi pembunuhan terencana oleh negara, yang terjadi di awal 1980-an. Tentang tato dan kriminalisasinya.
-- This is a short documentary about how prison tattoo culture grew in Bandung, with several ex-convicts tell their stories about how prison tattoo were made. One of such story is about how one can survive the “Operation Petrus”, an extra-judicial killings conducted by the state against the undesirables, especially people with tattoos who were stigmatized as criminals. Hence, tattoos were (and somewhat still are) identified with criminals.
